Doctify Health SARL AU ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of healthcare professionals and their patients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Doctify AI Assistant (the "App").
1. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08, the legal roles are defined as follows:
The Client (Healthcare Professional): Acts as the Data Controller. You are responsible for obtaining patient consent and ensuring the legal basis for processing health data.
Doctify Health: Acts as the Sub-processor (technical provider). We process data only according to your instructions to provide the service.
Precision Systems SARL: Our affiliate company which holds the necessary CNDP authorizations for data processing infrastructure.
2. DATA WE COLLECT
We only collect data necessary to provide the AI-powered documentation services:
Account Information: Name, professional credentials, office address, and contact details.
Audio and Text (User-Provided Content): Audio recordings of consultations, transcriptions, and medical notes uploaded by the user for processing.
Technical Metadata: IP address, device type, and timestamps of app usage for security and troubleshooting.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
Data is processed strictly for:
Providing AI transcription, summarization, and medical documentation.
Ensuring the security and integrity of the Platform.
Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
Important: We do not use patient health data or "Données Fournies par le Client" to train, improve, or re-train our general AI models. Your data remains yours.
4. PATIENT CONSENT AND RECORDING
The App includes audio recording features. Use of these features is governed by the following:
The Healthcare Professional is solely responsible for informing patients and obtaining their explicit, free, and informed consent prior to any recording.
Doctify Health does not trigger recordings autonomously and does not verify patient consent.
5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
We implement rigorous technical and organizational measures to protect health data:
Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Limited Retention: Data is stored only for the duration necessary to perform the documentation services.
Access Control: Only authorized technical personnel may access the infrastructure, with no autonomous access to clinical content.
6. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or health data. Data is only shared:
With our technical affiliate, Precision Systems SARL, for infrastructure hosting under CNDP authorization.
If required by law or a competent judicial authority in Morocco.
7. YOUR RIGHTS (LAW 09-08)
In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08, users (and their patients through the user) have the right to:
Access their personal data.
Rectify inaccurate data.
Object to processing for legitimate reasons.
Request the deletion of data upon contract termination.

8. APP STORE DISCLOSURES (APPLE PRIVACY)
Data Not Linked to You: We may collect de-identified diagnostic data to monitor app performance.
Data Linked to You: Account info and contact details are linked to your identity for subscription management.
Health Data: All health data processed is strictly for "App Functionality" and is handled with the highest level of encryption.
